We had this pic also in the old forum and nobody had the indis. If I remember correctly I found the CommunityRelativeVolume, but it is useless since it collects the data of only a small group or one broker and didn't really worked or the lines were nonsense.
The noise what you call it contains a lot of information. It's the same reason why I never ever would smooth the price (except HA) or even worse to dump the time information like renko charts. If you know or read a bit about VSA you know what I mean.

Aside from the topic,i recommend you to see this link.
forget the volume matter or volume topic for a while and see
just assume this is volume indicator and it is working the way,how the volume you feed it or how the market is feeding/showing already,if you want, when volume is from zero to 3 .... or from zero to 5 .... or zero to 8 then this indicator should not show any trend (up/down) it will not be show it,and it will be work (showing up/down move) when volume is higher than last max limit you feed it (i means levels) try it and reply me ...... these 2 indicators i like much (this one and trend direction & force index) you can clean out choppy/ranging  and false signaling easily, and its movement up or down than zero level will be declare if bull are strong or bullish are stronger.
an extra benefit from trend direction is that that it come back on zero level so fast than any other indi.

Indicator is just a tool.

Use it only if it can benefit you. Leave it if you don't know how to use it optimally.

If all the "signals" were on the chart, I doubt that iy would be "interesting".In any case, "signals" are drawn using only the lower indicator. Upper indicator is there just for the show

@Gelsas: They look similar, but the Peak indi uses no volume and repaints.

@Nas: You are right, it's similar to Trend Direction & Force Index. It looks nice, yes, but the point is I don't understand how the latter works and I still feel blind. You can't make short or middle term predictions, you don't know whether you have a retracement/reversal or continuation and I miss the feeling of seeing the big picture. I also still learn but Volume and Time are the only variables that are real.
