964I dont remember if "RSIOMA + average bars mtf" BAR versions were posted before but the search function return zero 
so here is Mrtools bar version
"RSIOMA + average bars mtf"
The version with usual 7 price options - 4 basic Averaging methods - all methods price smoothing capable - rsi Ob/Os levels select able and mtf too
