It's registered in Belize, which means it's basically under no regulation. The International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) - that's the regulator - is pretty notorious about it. A lot of shady companies are registered there. Whether this one is a scammer is unclear, but as a principle I recommend to only deal with properly regulated brokers.
