It’s just personal feeling, but would rather prefer a broker under regulation within EU than some broker with license from some overseas offshore zone.

Yeah, uou might be right LazarR. Brokers registered in offshore zones are famous for its light touch regulation, if any at all… they have to satisfy some small prerequisites, such as capital adequacy to demonstrate their financial standing up to $500 000 for instant and there is nothing like the Investor Compensation Fund for example, which is able to pay compensation up to €20,000.
