1.Candle close before last 30 secs - this arrow should come & conditions should happen
2. RSI crosses above 30 (coming out from oversold)
3Candle colour is green (may or may not touch lower bollinger band), near to lower bollinger band
4. Previous candle colour is green or red, MUST touch lower bollinger band
5. MACD lines crossover (slow x fast ma) - upside may or may not happen
6. MACD histogram is green MUST Sell arrow comes when:
