Super Clear Manipulation on today's NZD Interest rate

1
News events is a reason for big banks to manipulate the price, for hunting all the SL.

Today NZD Interest rate increase for 0.25%, usually NZD will definitely go strong, but! as always, big banks know where's the liquidity area, they know where's the most SL is, and they definitely know if the rate hikes, everybody will buy NZD. So they decided to manipulate the price, example: they use 100 million dollars to hunt all the SL worth 500 million dollars. This is what the game is.

After they hunt you out, on the media website all the analysts will say "Oh Well, unfortunately there's covid-19 cases increase and they still remain lockdown...etc blah blah blah" :eh:

So, better stay away from all the high impact news event. ;)

This is complete nonsense.
When the news hangs on the calendar for a week about an increase in rates and everyone knows about it, then it is played on expectations of its release.
And when it comes out, they close the deals that were opened in anticipation of the release of this news and the price goes in the opposite direction.
It is not for nothing that they say in the market: buy on expectations, sell after the fact.
It's about how to play the news.

Around 2014, NZD interest rate, Australian broker Vantage, Increased spread 290 times.

The spread is increased by the market maker when a large lot is executed. Thus, he says "guys, your profit and my loss will start not here, but a little further", because the market maker always plays against the trend and there is not always a counterparty for large lots and he has to execute them at his own expense

The market maker never works during strong news releases.
"Only the price on the chart can show the entrance to the deal..."

The market maker never works during strong news releases.
The market maker always works.
Its task is to ensure the liquidity of transactions.
And there are not always counterparties for large lots, the task of the market maker is to serve them at his own expense, otherwise he is not a market maker.
Having bought large lots, the market maker shifts the price and gives new quotes based on the state of the balance of its own funds.
This is how the price is formed in Forex
