For uptrend, when you see a "V" in the "R-Squared" indicator at the bottom,
and green bars from Awesome Oscillator, go LONG.
Vice versa for downtrend.

As is per pm request, Changed out the Jma in the z score, to have an option of one of the averages in the average pack.

From looking at the code looks like that indicator repaints.
