Not going to repeat all told there, but the oscillator itself does not repaint. The extremes (as it is natural) are recalculated - but please read the original posts

I am guessing that you are referring to zigzag and "yellow" bars identifying the position of zigzag extremes on the oscillator itself

A question : who ever told that those are "signals"? I explicitly always called them "extremes" - or am I wrong?
Why would anything that has different color always be used as a "signal" ?

Please read those posts there : those were intended to identify Elliot "waves" and those were never intended to be used as "signals".

I'm confused mrtools......shouldn't the Indi be inverted. I see on my chart that when price moves down the Indi moves up (green) and vice versa.

The indicator displays correctly for currencies but is inverted for indices and some commodities. The inversion can be cool when combined with other indicators in the same sub-window.

ok, thank you! I understand. Maybe one can add an "invert" function. Have you got an example how such combination would look like to see the benefit? I don't trade currencies.
