TDI Synergy Pro with All Averages + Divergences + MTF & Smoothing Filtering

Added RSX 2 and the ER (Efficiency Ratio) DSEMA to the RSI calculation options also there are a few more average options now to test.

To those who downloaded before this message, you may want to redownload it again, forgot to add to the mtf iCustom call for the rsx2, sorry for the hassle.
