• 1 Hour Chart
• 14 Period RSI
• RSI Type to use: RSX
• RSI Price: Close
• Double Jurik on RSI Price Line
• RSI Price Period: 2
• RSI Signal Line: 7

Added filter to the prices and to the rsi, also added one more rsi(Ehlers smoothed rsi) to the mix.

It's a Dynamic Zone indicator so you need the Dynamic Zone .dll file which you can find here.
