The rsi was just an example in the first post because the guys here love indicators. RSI AO Stoch all usefull it depends what you like most. Perhaps absorb more charts/examples here-in this thread to understand. Trendlines: when broken determine if the candle has solid momentum, and is market structure in the same direction etc. etc.

I borrowed this chart just to mark (arrows) a few entries where price shows solid momentum/strenght. retraces into the move up/sd zones market strucuture confluence. One of the examples how to filter trendlines entries. Be selective right. If enough interest we can work a little bit more on this.

this candle formation on Daily into the weekly sd is a heads up you can enter on ltf wait for move down/impulse first. Example of being selective
