Because after hook price moved in one way(UpTrend). When price move down then that hook will be inside the band then it's no longer perfect entry.

After your marked entry in your screenshot, price moved only upwards so you are still seeing it's a perfect entry but let's say price moved to downwards then your entry is no longer profitable entry. TMA bands are just an illusion.

Sorry i stand corrected. I thought you mentioned hook in price. It's clear now. I agree it's a completely new view. I will also spend more time in chart to see how it is reacting with price. Thanks.
