What you see is a DOM and a tick tracker. Those are made for Futures. MT4 only can FX where you haven't all the information as in the Futures market. Additionally, you scalp 1 till 3 Ticks (comparable with pips in FX) with a DOM, in FX this alone is spread+commission. You must use MT5 or better platforms.
