I like this guy and the work he does but this one is very odd, why did he test the strategy on Tesla and not on something that was more of a 2-way market like anything FX, any long-only strategy over 11 years on Tesla would have given the same result.

Far prefer the old number 1 (the MACD divergence strategy)

And he should always test a new strategy on the same FX pair, same period. otherwise it can differ a lot. if you have a trending strategy and the period you test it on is very ranging, then you're gonna say this is a bad strategy, etc...
