I updated a lot of things while I was back at my parents' home.

- I added a manual.
- Please point out any English or descriptions that you don't understand.
- Hid parameters that seemed unnecessary.
- Added basket trailing stop function.
- Added trailing stop function for each currency pair.
- Simplified currency pairs/stocks settings.
- Delayed initial display of indicators to prioritize MT4 startup.

Bugs fixed.

In some cases, reversal signals were not displayed even though a large semaphore was displayed.
This caused many losing trades to display entry signals even though the price was already at a high/low.
The bug has been present since version 20230426.

The latest version will be uploaded after confirming and updating to the detailed postings of the following inquiries.
