Recently, I have been creating indicators on their own, but making indicators without a trading strategy has become exhausting.
I am motivated to develop greedy systems for trading systems that are already satisfactory, but I am tired of assisting with the creation of your trading systems.
From now on, please publish your trading system first, and then request the creation of indicators.

Dear Mr Funchi,

Good day for you. I am testing a strategy and indicator at the FNC_DB, but even the 2 indicators signals are aligned, and the signal to buy/sell appear, the FNC_DB wont take any trade yet. I have also attached the images for your understanding.

Also i have include the templates for your review and checking, and the settings too.

I want to create the strategy which the Semafor (big arrow) appear as main signal, and triangle as a 2nd signal for entry.

Sorry to trouble you and thanks for your patience in teaching, much appreciated!

The solution is to change “Allow entry if signal appeared in previous bars” in “FNC_DB_EA”.

I do not remember where I posted this, but
the signal indicators (FNC_) can distinguish by colour whether the signal has just changed.
However, from a certain point in time, both types exist: those that support this feature and those that do not.

With the default parameter settings of FNC_DB_EA, it will only enter a trade when the buy or sell signal has changed at that exact moment.
In this case, because you are using an indicator type that cannot determine whether the signal has just changed, the EA cannot recognise the signal as newly changed, and therefore it did not enter any trades.

As a side effect of changing this parameter, when FNC_DB_EA is started, it will enter a trade if a buy or sell signal is already displayed. This means it will result in a late entry.

If the signal indicator (FNC_) is modified so that it can identify whether the signal has just changed, there is no need to change the parameter settings.

Since you have attached the template, screenshots of the parameter settings are not necessary.
