The FNC_LINK uses Windows' ws2_32.dll.
To be honest, it is intended to be capable of a variety of functions.
However, the setup procedure varies depending on the PC and network environment.
Providing support for this would be a considerable burden on me, so my position is that only those who know what they are doing should attempt to configure it.
Needless to say, connections to other networks have not been tested.

As far as i know if there are 2 devices on the same network and have the same private ip address then one or both will dissconnection.

Apologies for not thoroughly reading your explanation in the previous post.
Let me restate the issue for clarity:
Both the PC and the laptop are connected to the same network.
They are both configured to use a private network profile.
Telnet has been enabled on the PC, and I have verified the internal network connectivity between the PC and the laptop by performing a ping test via CMD.
The results confirm that both devices can successfully communicate with each other over the local network.
I’m still researching additional information online. If I find anything new or if the issue is resolved, I will report back to you.

The issue has been resolved.

I’ll do some additional testing when the market opens tomorrow.

Edit: I managed to get it working once, but after closing and reopening MT4, it stopped sending and receiving signals.
On the laptop (the receiving device), the indicator light only changes from yellow to green when I run the Telnet command in CMD. At that time, the indicator light on the PC remains yellow.
If I close the Telnet CMD window, the indicator on the laptop immediately turns back to yellow.

Hi Rsistoch, thanks for the words and advices. I believe what you are saying was true. Yes, I was trading manually last few months and I found that it does take some time to look at the screen to wait the indicator/signals to align. I have full time work during the day and I can't monitor the chart all the time, and when the time I'm free perhaps I have missed the signal, so I have come across the FNC strategy.

So I was testing FNC strategy and fine tune the parameters/settings for few weeks. Just only wonder if the Zee can be modified to only take trades, not too far from the Zee.
