Although the signal and the warning window appear, it does not execute all the operations. The behavior is random, sometimes yes other times no.

If a signal has already occurred immediately after the FNC system is activated, no entry will be made.
This is to avoid entering too late immediately after the FNC system is installed.

Restarting MT4 when the market is closed is not a problem, though,
If the market is open and a signal has been generated and you are waiting for an entry,
If you restart the FNC system, the signal will be ignored. No entry is made.

Could this be the cause?

If this doesn't ring a bell, I can't look into it without knowing the specific situation.
I have not currently encountered such a glitch.

The system is practically on 24 hours a day.

Could it be a memory problem?

Or, could it be that the order of the columns changes?

I do not know how often this occurs, but if you reproduce it, please provide us with the information.

Screenshot of the dashboard.
Clocks on the dashboard (both computer clock and server clock) to be visible.
To be able to see the signals being displayed.
To be able to see that no entry has been made.

Post expert logs (if you know how to get them).

I just noticed.
The dashboard signals do not match the alert signals.

The dashboard signal waits for a new candlestick,
Alerts are based on the 15 seconds (initial value) after the time would have changed.
This specification cannot be changed.

Does this sound like the cause?

This indicator is a price action indicator, which shows different regions on the chart, such as sell, buy, downtrend, it is very good
Could you create something by mixing different graphic times?

example a sell on h1, and a sell also on m5, or
downtrend+sell in h1 and sell in m5

Note: this indicator is very useful for mixing in previously created panels
