davidpont wrote: Sat Feb 15, 2025 6:46 pm May I ask how would you know/detect the selling pressure?

I have a few ideas, but not sure what was the real situation.
- Was it news related?
- Was there a HTF supply box there combined with liquidity pools?
- Murrey lines were in the oversold/upper segment? (8/8 to +2/8)?
Hi David - no, there are many currency strengths indicator available on the market that correlate currencies and can give you clear buying/ selling pressures useful for daytrading. Write me in private if you want to know what I use, I don't want to advertise a paid product.

Hi guys - how is going?

EURUSD, thanks to negative news for the EU PMI.

Pretty easy and safe trade, I exited perhaps a bit early but when I exited there was a big bullish dot respecting a bullish level originated yesterday afternoon. So, no regrets!

Have a great weekend, I improved the system a lot and am testing stuff these days.

EURNZD LO

Great bounce on the open line, trade still running.

PS: I coded from scratch a dual TMA channel, inspired by the last Xard masterpiece. Not ready yet, will share it when finished, it comes with TMA cross and price vs TMA bias.

Very familiar, this is also MTF so you can try different setup like having the fast TMA on current TF and the slow TMA on higher TF, it works very well when the fast touches the bands of the higher TF TMA. I am struggling to create the "histogram" effect as MT5 is a wild animal and for visuals is very unfriendly. Perhaps I will drop the idea... took me 2 days to code the main logic and 1 day failing the visuals :D

Inspired by the dual TMA Bands setup of the last wonderful Xard release (very different from my previous usage of TMA Bands), now we can test it on MT5 too.
The alternative way to use the bands is to configure the fast on current TF and the slow on a higher TF. If you want to use them in this way you need to configure the 2 TMAs exactly with the same parameters and uncheck the "use math for single TFsetup".

PS: don't aske me to add the histogram like bars on the band ribbon, I decided to quit the idea after almost 2 days of attempts.

Enjoy

Thank you, Cagliostro for your devoted work on making the system better and better!
I will definitely test this variant and check the entry confirmation with the different versions.

How could we help in testing? If you have tasks to do, let me know and gladly helping! :)

Maybe it is something with my MT4, but loading this latest setup resulted with the following chart display: You can see the indicator list is short compared to the full list in the Indicator/Alkemix folder: Do you have any idea what could be the source of the issue?

It misses both the heiken ashi and the TMA! I tried this morning and my template is ok, try to add them manually and save the template.

Mr. DAX after the usual liquidity swap at Frankfurt opening, started its bullish journey exactly at LO.

Very clear signal, still open but thinking to close it as we have a big arrow and its outside the bands.

Caught that entry!
Till LO +30 Mins I saw no confirmed HTF trend, but afterwards the bullish wave was stronger!
Yet I am being conservative and booking some nice pips (Could have added wider trailing stop for that)
But still happy with the outcome. :)
