Semaphore (semafore) is multiple instances of zig zag on 1 chart showing large, medium and small cycle reversals. So if price puts in a lower high in an uptrend then that could indicate a trend reversal...

No, the ADX shows the trend but it is NOT my entry signal. So an entry signal may arrive either before or after the ADX matches in color.
