Posting some indicators again which I believe are not showing up due to technical reasons.

Added dynamic zones to the step ehler's optimal tracking filter, also a little modification on the color display on the otf. Not sure how much value added, maybe a little.

• When the Green line is above the ZERO level, the trend is UP.
• When Green line is BELOW the ZERO level, the trend is DOWN.
