That is actually a Blau tvi have this version with the 4 ma's and added a new fast ema to the mix, also can change color on zero cross or slope with corresponding arrows and alerts.

Uh, mtf doesn't work well with button indicators.
I just give you another source code and you can ask Mr. Tools to make mtf.
This indicator doesn't have button and he can make it mtf.
