is it possible to get arrows when the rsi crosses level 40 from bottom to top
and if the rsi level crosses level 60 from top to bottom?

an example how I trade TF5 with the dow. (of course i look at the general market situation beforehand)
I use semafor as an first level warning system, rsi arrows are used as second leve warning and ema level are used as entry.
