Added the arrows on first and the lighter mtf and made it user friendly.

Don't think this has been posted it,s a mt4 version of the mt5 version posted by Mladen, except with this version you can use a choice of 9 different moving averages to smooth the rsi, also has all the price options too.

This is a stochastic of gaussian filter velocity with floating levels. Indicator has all the price options and 9 ma options for the stochastic and stochastic signal. Also has options for color change on slope. mid level cross or outer level cross with corresponding arrows.
