This one is about a 4 minute compilation of 3 different clips. The video title is misnomer because we actually refer to the TR-3B as the Black Manta (not the Aurora which is different). I love the upbeat music playing while impending doom flies over.

To the extent that the US Government's black budget funds all of this... Absolutely yes. Rumor has it that scientists and engineers work while wearing sight limiting goggles, and under the watchful eyes of snipers, at the top-secret Groom Lake facility. All paid for by Dick and Jane Taxpayer.
