MT5 only !
justMarkets (don't know anything about that broker
No interest fees paid or received
Islamic accounts are swap-free, and no interest fees will be paid or received on it. With swap-free accounts, traders can keep open positions as long as they want without adding a swap size or charging it from the account.

but maybe there are hidden fees

only a spread increase which is fair I guess
Avatrade looks to be the most fair out of the pick of brokers you've found and they're regulated too! Have you found others?

Totally agree with you about all the loops they come up with just to sting you as a trader it's bullshit I mean there's spread, swap, slippage what else?

You'd be fucked haha.

Have you thought about Futures trading? There's no overnight fees at all (if that interests you).

For Spot FX if you're a higher volume trader you can easily negotiate with your broker to waive swap fees altogether.
If you find a broker you like, and currently trading live with, speak with them and ask: "What's the minimum amount of trading you require from me (per month) in order to waive the swap fees?"

Through experience I can guarantee 99% of brokers will make adjustments for a client who actively trades, win or lose.

Im interested in swap free accounts, because i've noticed that if you let orders opened during a long time, fees can bee through the roof

hence i'm currently interested in swap free accounts.

but what is the costs exactly ? is it just a bigger spread ? or a bigger commission ?

I want to know if we still have to pay something on the long term or if it's just one time fee per order

thanks

Jeff
If you really don't want to pay someone to loan you money to trade (leverage) then the solution is simple, use a non-leveraged account.

Hi Jimmy,

Invaluable insight, thank you.

Did you have any actual experience trading futures with MT4 / MT5? Do you have any broker you would recommend to this respect?

not meant to be 'not nice', it's just that that's what swap fees are for, it's the interest you are paying for the loan (leverage) you've taken out to open the trade. If you want to avoid it don't use leverage. Simply no one is going to loan you money for free.

Hey Chris I use Pepperstone MT4 for Spot and AMP Futures for trading futures E-mini ES (S&P) on both MT5 and CQG platforms. AMP Futures has the best rates but their deposit methods are only through Wire or Cheque πŸ‘

On the other hand Pepperstone MT4 now provide Futures, Crypto and more which is good for traders looking to try different markets using MT4.

One thing that's shit is a lot of futures markets are dead for overnight trades except Metals, Currency Futures and Grains which are good for overnight trading. The rest suck.

Pepperstone is still my favorite broker with the only setback being they don't accept clients from quite a few countries.

Here is the list of countries that Pepperstone won't accept traders from:
  • Afghanistan
  • American Samoa
  • Canada
  • Central African Republic
  • Cote d’Ivoire
  • Crimea
  • Congo
  • North Korea
  • Eritrea
  • Guinea-Bissau
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Japan
  • Kazakhstan
  • Lebanon
  • Liberia
  • Libya
  • Mali
  • Myanmar
  • New Zealand
  • South Korea
  • Somalia
  • South Sudan
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • U.S. Outlying Islands
  • United States
  • Virgin Islands
  • Yemen
  • Zimbabwe

I thought that ANY trade on CFD is considered borrowed ?

look here I backtested on a 1 million dollar account
and as soon as I opened a 0.01 lot I have swaps (spelled "echange" in french)
