Stochastic Filled Ribbon with 50 line Cross + Histogram background

Added the 50 cross as an option, so to recap the fill if fill bars > 1 then you have the fill, the histogram is an on/off option as well as the 50 cross arrows. The alerts are on signal cross. Like Kvak said if we don't post the source code, then it won't be available.
