What Is the Relative Vigor Index?
The Relative Vigor Index (RVI) is a momentum indicator used in technical analysis that measures the strength of a trend by comparing a security's closing price to its trading range while smoothing the results using a simple moving average (SMA).
The RVI's usefulness is based on the observed tendency for prices to close higher than they open during uptrends, and to close lower than they open in downtrends.

4-color candles are fine.
Parameters 14, 3, 3 I think are too sensitive, too many signals. For several kinds of candles, I changed the parameters to 34, 5, 5 for short-term, and it feels good.
After all, stochastic is one of the most commonly used indicators. How do you set the parameters?

this is a very nice idea, indeed!
Keep up the excellent work!
This excellent indicator, how the main signal line (ie, the clrGold line) changes color (such as horse blue or red) after all (simultaneously) crossed, not bad.
Another way: add RSI filter (like 65, 35), not bad!
