Luckily I did not trade the first divergence but even if I had entered too early I would have stayed in the trade as the direction was clearly down.
Entered 39481 and a great exit of 38908. Best scalp EVER of 573 pts.
DIVERGENCE WORKS but it is often a double divergence that works best.

PS
Same with 30m chart after the open of the US session. SHOWS ME THAT THIS SYSTEM IS REALLY GOOD.
Only the 5m chart would have been tradable for me.

Could you please help me by telling me what the settings are for the 4 stochastics in these examples are?.
Are they all the same indicator? eg DIRECTION, STAND ALONE, NEXT MOVE.

Regards Pat

Sorry Pat, I missed your post - have been in hospital, not been well but recovering.
Yes they are all Stochs indicators with different settings.
LONG TERM DIRECTION = 233-4-4
MEDIUM DIRECTION - 89-4-4
STAND ALONE 21-4-4 (Current Direction)
NEXT MOVE 5-2-4

Mr Tools,
This is your obos stochs indi with daily (next move) setting of 5-2-4.
I've drawn exact trap lines over and under the indicator (vales noted in white) to catch a very safe upmove from AstraZenica.
The first illustration is my entry (demo sadly) because the resistance trap was broken with the support trap still in place following the oversold signal on the indicator. I have said it must be an upmove on the chart at the time.
The second illuatration is the exit.
IF I had traded it at only £1 per point it would have made over £1000 in the week.
I would not have found such a safe system had it not been for your obos signals giving a simple visual 'start point'.
You should automate it!
Thank again.

Worrying - two out of two.
Worrying because +200 is a waste of time in demo - but trial is continuing.
Thanks again Mr Tools - this indi is a game changer

Finally, three out of three.
First illustration is the weekly prediction that the chart was going down.
Confirmed on the daily chart - the second illustration.
The close of the trade is the third illustration.
ALL of this is due to Mr Tools creating the oversold/bought line on the stochs indicator.
It works really well and I'll need to start trading bigger amounts.............or someone could provide a signal service for the site.

Could't help myself with this as day trading, scalping, is getting easier with this signal version of stochs.
What my objective is from now will be to get a strategy in the UTF that can be utilised for trading either once a day/week/month and get safe returns.
Day trading is a full time job and this is someting I do not want to do unless I had to make regular money on a weekly/monthly basis.
First chart is entry when the resistance trap on the indi is broken with a cross on stochs. This was a low risk trade as there was a support below which would have been my stop loss had it gone wrong.
Second is the exit when the stochs showed price was in the overbought area, a very reasonable 128 pts.

Test of the alert in post1295572958.html#p1295572958 is proving good.
Combination of Mt Tools stochastic indi and Andrei's trendline indi.
This is probably the best trading combination I have used but sadly for me I was unable to trade it as my internet failed for the third time today.
Nevertheless if you want to guarantee to be profitable every day, this is the system to use. Give some of your profits to the health charities - they need it.
