Added a choice of deviation bands or atr band options, also updated the indicator a bit to now include auto adjust candles instead of the bars.

PS: To see an example on how ATR Bands & Custom Standard Deviation Bands differ, please see here: ATR Bands Vs Standard Deviation Bands.

ATR Bands vs Custom Deviation Bands

This is really good. Different results can be seen when changing the Bands from ATR to either Custom Standard Deviation.

Without getting too technical, how can we use ATR Bands Vs Custom Standard Deviation Bands?

  • Use the ATR bands for predicting possible reversal areas and candlestick exhaustion
  • Use the Custom Standard Deviation for entering breakouts and forecasting Volatility whenever the bands "PINCH"

ATR Bands
Custom Standard Deviation Bands
Thank you Mrtools and Ganesh for the idea :)

mrtools wrote: Thu May 09, 2019 3:47 am Okay will make it later, had been working on this one, never was happy with the step function, but think this version the step is a little better, and possibly IMHO a little better than the step kaufman, anyway added the 7 display options to it, including the auto adjusting candles.
The Color Candles indicator is good!

It is not clear, which is better, step nema (mtf + alerts + arrows + bands), step-vhf-adaptive-vma (mtf + alerts + arrows) two candles! All in all good! Thank the teacher for his selfless contribution! Boundless merit!

If you only look at candles or arrows without showing these thin gray lines, it will be more perfect! Haha, too much demand! ! !
