Looks like the indicator serves much better as a top/bottom identifier, especially at the two places where the RSI-TREND turns red and signifies a market bottom.

yes. if you are patient, wiat RSI reach to ob/os as first and then wait for next rules

In the RSI-TREND subwindow, at what values did you draw those four horizontal lines?
