can you please improve and filter false signal .
do you have some suggestion from this chart!
a) Where do you see a "false" filtering exactly? (I see that the signal tends to be late)
b) regardless of filter: you will always have false signals (or the filter will keep you out of good trades)
c) if you really want to work on different market conditions, my suggestion is:
three systems:
1 for trend following only
2 for range trading only
3 for reversal trading only
Why? Because totally different rules apply.
(Of course, you have to be able to see the 3 market conditions before you can apply the appropriate system)
If you are - for some reason or other - still in doubt about bias or market condition: start with trend following as it is the simplest and clearest way (but about 70% of the time markets will be in a range - depending on the TF you look at).
