Das Video ist auf Russisch, kann aber bei YouTube mit Untertiteln in deiner Sprache übersetzt werden. Aktiviere in dem Video zunächst die Untertitel und klicke dann auf das Zahnrad. Dort kannst du dann deine Sprache einstellen

You dont have to, you can use this settings for that.
