The indicator in topic is v2vboni who copy paste code parts from mladen version and he only posted ex4 file format,hope some day he will be visit FS to help you

Works pretty well if you can recognize a trend and filter the arrows.(arrows one bar late)

PS. not sure if thats the proper name, thats how i found it.

Here is the MQ4 file of a similar indicator with the actual indicator names on it - I personally found the 'numbers' rather than the actual names of the indicator to be confusing.
