If you are confident, then it never hurt to try now. What stop you to do that? Maybe you can start slowly and then make your way with consistency in profit.

Agreed, I do believe that whenever one has gained sufficient knowledge and is pretty much confident then he can go for live trading, but should always remember to research thoroughly before placing any trade.

Admittedly this is on a demo account... If you always trade on a higher time frame there are times when you are going to get set on fire.

Yeah, agreed when someone has just started his/her journey on forex then I must say we should donate some time to get familiar with the forex market. When I had started my forex journey, I practiced for 7 months on demo. The moment I felt that yes, now I can trade on live I have simultaneously started trading on live, though it took some time to book some good chunks.

This is simple, it all depends upon your confidence (ability to take risk) and understanding (forex concepts) level.

I think that if one has some confidence there is no harm in trying live trading with a cent or micro account. Don't invest anything you can't afford to lose though.

If you’ve had good results and feel confident I’d say to go ahead and go live! Just start small and don’t risk too much. Remember that your emotions may cause a difference in your live results versus those you had on the demo account.

I would say stay on demo alongside using small risk 0.01 lot size and keep a journal .
