Is there an indicator that can create custom timeframe starting on an offset candle. Say 1wo hour chart starting on the second one hour candle. (1hrbars) Bar1 bar2 bar3 bar4. So two hour bar calculation taken off bar 2&3

Just a little experimental stuff. Here,s a Random walk index indicator that is using absolute error instead of High low range to construct the index. The results are different but good or bad that would require testing. It produces some big spikes(maybe root squaring values can also prevent that) s...
