The MTF mode seems to work incorrectly for me.
Could you also add the line width as one of the external parameters?

Perhaps MathFloor (used to calculate HalfPeriod in any of the Hull MAs) can be replaced by MathRound.
For example, MathFloor(3.9) = 3, MathRound(3.9) = 4.
