I want the very first arrows to be shown on the chart.

Dear teacher kvak, Would it be possible to put on-off button and arrows which is selectable on the points as shown in the picture? In addition to that, I want alert function if it is not too much trouble. I know this indicator is the same as %b, but has shift function as well. Thanks in advance.
