Please if anyone can help me with non repainting arrows with alert.

I am looking for rsi indicator in which there should be 5 ema. And yes I should be able to customize also. I have done a similar thing in mt4 but it repaints or lags. Can anyone help me? Basically it should not repaint when i zoom in or zoom out.

i applied blue sandy brown line but with shift (period 2) option so that visible,other wise it goes hidden

What do you means for match indian and any broker time how can be match if the broker is not same of indian gmt there are so many indicators helping adjust terminal time (brokers) with pc time (local) May be my English is not correct and i ask the wrong phrased question.
