It’s just personal feeling, but would rather prefer a broker under regulation within EU than some broker with license from some overseas offshore zone.

As long as traders hand their money to dodgy unregulated companies, scam brokers will thrive, no matter how good the regulation in certain jurisdictions is.

More and more regulators ban binary options and I am completely OK with that as it is pure scam. I am, however, concerned about this CFDs leverage cap, it seems a bit low.

I believe most of the big brokers do offer such service, although they don’t advertise it too much.
