Sure. This is what I do when I move from PC's.

Open your platform and go to File at the top and choose Open Data Folder

Highlight then copy all the files this directory.

Copy the contents of that folder to a USB or OneDrive/Google Drive and then download it onto your other PC.
When you want to load everything just copy all those files and replace everything in your other PC's MT4 Data Folder with these files.
