I dont remember if "RSIOMA + average bars mtf" BAR versions were posted before but the search function return zero
so here is Mrtools bar version
"RSIOMA + average bars mtf"
The version with usual 7 price options - 4 basic Averaging methods - all methods price smoothing capable - rsi Ob/Os levels select able and mtf too

"RSIOMA + average bars mtf + alerts"
This version is extended with alerts,almost by Mrtools

"RSIOMA + average bars mtf + alerts 2"
I doubts there is a little problem in previous version regarding alerts - so this is Mrtools corrected version
almost full alerts package included,rest of features are same

I think 4 TF was not coded and or posted by kind coders as per my knowing

This is a newer version from a mt5 version done by Mladen, made it mtf and added all the price options
