The quality (and quantity) of TV channels for your mobile phone or tablet is improving all the time.
Here is TVPATO2 (Do not run without VPN) for mobile, tablet, firestick etc...
I was really impressed with this version (hopefully the menu selection will be improved on the next roll out).

When you run the app skip the facebook button and simply hit the RAPIDO ACCESS button instead.
UK, USA, CANADA, FRANCE, GERMANY & LATINO TV(including sports).

All the best

I think it is bad to surf the net without a vpn and the same goes for streaming.
Your internet provider will automatically throttle back your net speed if they know you are streaming.
Don't take my word for it, simply turn off your vpn and run the tvpato2 app :-)

This is one of the best IPTV sources that I have ever used.
The service is very fast with no lagging.
Tons of live tv, movies and tv shows

https://ambkonnect.com/index.php

They offer a 24 hr free trial plus their own Amb Konnect Q app for mobile phone, tablet or Android stick.
The Q app include EPG so you can see what's on live (and later) plus you can record for watching later.

You can also connect via URL so most IPTV players will work.
I use the Q app on mobile and tablet and I use the URL connect with Hypnotix on Linux and it stream without any buffering.
I am not a reseller just a very happy fan.

They also offer a 20% off if you use AMB20 code on a 1yr subscription (I would try AMB30 first :-) which works out at £1 per wk (£52 for yr)

As always, remember to use a VPN like IPvanish etc.
