Who can I explain me what's exactely 'non lag MA histogram' indicator and how to use it for trading. It was posted by mrtools here:

It is showing you the slope of the nonlag ma (moving average)
As with any slope direction showing indicator, you can use it for signals in the direction of the slope (ie: buy in the case of "blue" histogram bar forming of that indicator, sell in the case of "red" histogram bar forming of that indicator)

It's like the direction fo the trend but with more accuracy.

Then either change the default settings or use some other slope showing indicator

If you (think you) have a trend, use this indicator to trade in the direction of the trend. If the color changes to against the trend, tighten your SL or watch for weakness signs to exit the trade. Take the non-histo version of this indicator to understand what is displayed abstractly here as histogram.
The most important task for a trader is to find his time frame and style that suits him best. Longterm-trader, trendfollower, swinger or scalper. Then build one or two strategies around your style to find odds in your favor. Read and try out a lot of things and settings. Mntiwana has always very good and interesting settings, but you should apply the indi(s) to your needs.

I'd like to know more details about this indicator and the way of using for trading 1M, thank you.
