Perfect example of an inefficiency dying away
there is this EA : Prizmal Gold, it was working very well on Gold, it was one of the top EA to sell on MQL5 market.
it exploited an inefficiency around 23:00 that happened on Gold only. I say "happened" because look at his performance now that thousand of people trade the same strat:
AND it's a new signal, the previous one had a very big history (sevral years) but it probably crashed
