Upgraded parabolic SAR
This is the correct parabolic SAR (it does not have the error that the built in parabolic SAR has). Also, this version solves the interpolation of discontinued values (like it is the case with SAR - that has those discontinued values). It is also optimized to use new multi time frame modes

And some more changes to the psar (mainly in what it displays on chart - now it can display the average (since the indicator can use the average of price not just the "raw" price, for calculation) which is a sort of a "generic" average of used prices/averages

very very weird this parabolic repaints / recalculates!

i thought parabolic is non repaints when prices break .
