i did new version.
same with mt4 last version
only arrow is circle on mt5.mt5 put arrows circle type

be patient and marking chart with buy signal are two different things u didn't even mentioned the stop loss or take profit while highlighting your indicator after that quick mark down canadle on 15m your trendline has been broken on indicator it is now a sell signal ?
