Is anyone (not using an adblocker) noticing pages auto-scrolling to the top after clicking on a link?

Could you please let me know as I'm working on getting it fixed.

Not anymore for me now it isnt doing that..... but today it was happening and when I press links of posts it flings me to top with the banner..... thx please fix Jimmyboy
