Not a histo version but made this one, doesn't look as good as Mladen's but maybe a start. This version is using T3 for smoothing instead of the standard Tema smoothing.

This indicator is very interesting. Strangely, Mladen Rakic did not add MTF.

Can you tell me what I need to do to get the neutral zones displayed? There is the option for neutral colors but I don't see any way to get this displayed yet

Have been trying for a while, but don't get the step display you show. May I ask what your settings are?

Don't have that code anymore but more than likely in that version the neutral color wasn't used and for some reason left if in the color choice, when it shouldn't be there.
