NFP again tonight..................... cannot believe it is already again

As the US has been reached to its best employment rate for months (fully employment rate has been considered 4% ) , The NFP Importance shifted to a secondary importance fundamental indicator. (unless an strange data release). for this we have been witnessed a less impression of NFP on price movement.
In fact employment is out of concern and the types of data which represent the inflation ratio of US becomes critical for the Fed.
for tonight the Average Hourly Earnings m/m could be more critical than the standalone NFP

As the unemployment reached to a record of 3.9 % (4% considered as fully employment). Some economists concern about lack of manpower in us due to fully employment in near future. so what would the market expect from the NFP data ?! .
considering above fact the market reaction sounds sensible to NFP for past months.
